碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 人力與知識管理研究所 === 104 === Abstract This study aims to investigate user’s satisfaction of electronic document system in Kaohsiung City Government, and understand whether information literacy will influence the relationship between system quality and user’s satisfaction. The study adopted questionnaire analysis, choosing public servants in Kaohsiung as subject. The valid questionnaires are 309, the valid questionnaire rate is 71.5%.The conclusion of this study as following:1.The system quality has a significant positive impact on the user’s satisfaction of electronic document system. 2.The information quality has a significant positive impact on the user’s satisfaction of electronic document system. 3.The service quality has a significant positive impact on the user’s satisfaction of electronic document system. 4.Information Literacy has positive influence between information quality and user’s satisfaction. The findings offer suggestions for increasing user’s satisfaction of electronic document system. Keyword: electronic document system、satisfaction、information literacy
