Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 人力與知識管理研究所 === 104 === Social media networks have become more popular with new technological ad- vances.According to TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) and TPB (Theory of Planned Behavior), this thesis has analyzed the employees' awareness of social net- working platforms from a case study (Company A),including Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Using Attitude, Subjective Norm,Perceived Behavioral Control, Behavioral Intention, and the influence of knowledge community.
This thesis takes 5,000 (Company A) office staffs as study objects. On the basis of related questionnaires and surveys, such as「Perceived Usefulness」,「Perceived Ease of Use」,「Using Attitude」,「Subjective Norm」,「Perceived Behavioral Control」,「Behavioral Intention」and「Actual System Use」, there are 369 valid samples in total.
The study results indicate that 「Perceived Usefulness」and「Perceived Ease of Use」have positive effects on 「Using Attitude」,「Using Attitude」,「Subjective Norm」and 「Perceived Behavioral Control」have positive effects on「Behavioral Intention」,and「Perceived Behavioral Control」and「Behavioral Intention」have positive effects on「Actual System Use」.In the end, this thesis has provided some recommendations on the use of community knowledge and future research directions for Company A and related business as a reference.
