Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 人力與知識管理研究所 === 104 === The purpose of this study is to understand the correlation among “Emotional Intelligence”,“Stress coping strategies”,“Conflict management strategies” and “Wellbeing” of personnel officers working for schools in Kaohsiung or Kaohsiung city government. This investigation was done by convenience sampling and paper questionnaires, sending out 384 questionnaires and taking back 360 of them. Analyzed by SPSS 22, this investigation was tested by descriptive statistics, reliability
analysis, test of the significance of difference and Pearson product-moment correlation analysis,and the results are listed as follows:
I、The degrees of “Emotional Intelligence”, “Conflict management strategies” and “Wellbeing” of personnel officers working in Kaohsiung city government are higher, but the degree of “Stress coping strategies” is slightly lower than the median value.
II、The“Emotional Intelligence” of personnel officers working in Kaohsiung city government vary from person to person due to the difference of age,seniority, occupations, nature of work, and marital status and other background variables.
III、The“Conflict management strategies” of personnel officers working in Kaohsiung city government vary from person to person due to the difference of sex, age,occupations, nature of work and other background variables.
IV、The“Stress coping strategies” of personnel officers working in Kaohsiung city government vary from person to person due to the difference of age, seniority, nature of work, educational degrees and other background variables.
V、The“Wellbeing of personnel officers working in Kaohsiung city government vary from person to person due to the difference of sex, occupations, nature of work, and marital status and other background variables.
VI、The correlation between “Emotional Intelligence” and “Conflict management strategies” of personnel officers working in Kaohsiung city government is significant positive.
VII、The correlation among “Emotional Intelligence”, “Stress coping strategies” and “Wellbeing” of personnel officers working in Kaohsiung city government is significant positive.
