| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 人力與知識管理研究所 === 104 === The purpose of this paper is to explore the issues of Taiwan knowledge management development status and trends which have been published in the international journal by Taiwan scholars. We collected knowledge management literature written by Taiwanese from Web of Science Data base. A total of 530 articles and 24,750 references were identified, and we used citation and document co-citation analysis to extract 31 high rating articles which were cited frequently. After that, we established Knowledge Management Literature Relationship Matrix. We used a series of statistics including multi-dimensional scaling, cluster analysis, and social network analysis to define the intellectual structure of Taiwan knowledge management and find out the literature that effected most. There are four key issues of Taiwan knowledge management: KM:Planning, Policy, Evaluation,Strategy, and Knowledge Creation, Knowledge Sharing, and KM basic environment.. The findings of this study provide a systematic view for researchers and practitioners interested in the Taiwan knowledge management field.
