Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 人力與知識管理研究所 === 104 === This study aims to explore the relationships among workplace friendship , organizational citizenship behavior and knowledge sharing behavior of the Administrator’s in one of the private universities in Southern Taiwan. Approximate 200 questionnaires were distributed to 14 administrative units and 17 teaching units, and 198 were returned; the response rate was about 97.5%; 194 valid questionnaires were received for a ratio of about 97.9%. Appropriate statistics were applied for data analysis in order to verify each assumption in this research.
The conclusions are as follows:
1.The influence of administrators’ organizational citizenship behavior on age, marital status, seniority and title is significant;
2.The influence of administrators’ knowledge sharing behavior on age, marital status and seniority is significant;
3.There is a positive correlation between workplace friendship , organizational citizenship behavior and knowledge sharing behavior;
4.Workplace friendship and organizational citizenship behavior could be used as variables to predict knowledge sharing behavior
Based on the conclusion mentioned above, this study would provide a reference for private universities to promote the administrator’s knowledge sharing behavior.
