Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 軟體工程與管理學系 === 104 === Abstract This research is focus on the relationship among service quality, satisfaction and continuous use intention of video surveillance system. The research is conducted by questionnaire to video surveillance system users. Each of the 400 subjects was given a questionary to fill out. A total of 360 questionaries was valid. The data was analyzed by the statistic methods of mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way ANOVA, and regression analysis. Following are the conclusions of the study: 1. Video surveillance system users are possessed of intermediate level of service quality, high- intermediate level of satisfaction, intermediate level of continuous use intention. 2. Different individual variables including sex, age, education background, monthly income, and the main intended use, will influence how video surveillance system users perceive its service quality. 3. Different individual variables including sex, age, monthly income, and the main intended use, will influence how video surveillance system users perceive its satisfaction. 4. Different individual variables including sex, age, education background, monthly income, and the main intended use, will not influence how video surveillance system users perceive its continuous use intention. 5. Video surveillance system users perceive its service quality shows positive significantly relationship to satisfaction. 6. Video surveillance system users perceive its service quality shows no significantly relationship to continuous use intention. 7. Satisfaction of Video surveillance system shows no significantly relationship to continuous use intention. Key words: video surveillance system, service quality, satisfaction, continuous use intention
