| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 美術學系 === 104 === The artworks discussed are what I have done from 2013 to 2016 , including my college time and graduate time . The work can never be separated in that it is a continuum , or a process of individuation . Through the self-analysis of my own oeuvres , I was gaziing into my heart that have gloomy and ambiguous , and trying to describe the external environment that exerted its impact on me . Writing seems to help me see myself through my own artistic activities , which , through a variety of approaches , shape and develop different faces of myself in attempt to find inherent ability to accurately construct a thinking space, Thus ,“Gaze into the space and internal”was named as the title of the masters thesis .
The entire thesis could be divided into 5 sections. To begin with, in retrospect of my works during college times, which wereto figure out my notion and motive of creativity, I studied the spatial aesthetics in both western and eastern art history and related works of artists and photographers, which enabled me to understand the significant element“space.” In addition, I analyzed my own photos and drafts to elaboratethe source of inspiration and the impact that living space had on to me. Eventually, I dug out my unique experience and interpretation toward living space, contemplating the relationship between my own being and the external environment with diverseperspectives. By means of engaging in art creating,I struggle to strike a balance between my unease and contradiction, meditating on my own state factually.Finally , the thesis wishes to have more connections .
