Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 事業經營學系 === 104 === In this study for Service Quality of Children’s Afterschool Center, the focus was on the feedback from the parents whose children are currently attending the after-school center. The satisfactory level was measure by conducting a survey in Kaohsiung City.
Firstly, this study is defined the main goal of the Children’s Afterschool Center which is making all centers become certified by the state. Then it studied the current law and regulations on the Children’s After-School Center. This study also explored the quality of the After-School Center and compared it with historical data. A questionnaire is conducted and analyzed the results from the survey. And last but not least, the recommendations based on the findings of the survey are provided.
The focus of this questionnaire is based on the result for Children’s Afterschool Center Quality survey. The data from the survey was conducted was reliable and efficient. The sample data is collected based on the resource from Children’s Afterschool Center in Kaohsiung City. There were total of 600 surveys given to the parents whose children are currently attending the after-school center. Within these 600 surveys, 463 were completed and returned. 77.17% of the completed surveys was valid. Statistical analysis was conducted by using the mean, standard deviation, percentage, the difference between test and single factor variation.
In the conclusion, here are the four recommendations based on the survey questionnaire. These are based on the theoretical studies and attainable results.
1. First of all, parents with different backgrounds, age and income made an impact on the overall satisfaction result on the Children’s Afterschool Center.
2. Secondly, the result changes depending on how many children are currently living in the same household. The number of children they have also had influence on the result.
3. Third, the results heave found out the parents’ gender, education level and occupations did not impact the survey result.
4. Fourth, the results did not see significant changes between grades one to six.
