After deleting the incomplete and ineffective ones, there were 281 effective questionnaires, with the usable rate 85.15%. Finally, after the questionnaires returned, the researcher further conducted descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, single factor variance analysis. the Pearson product-moment correlation analysis, the multiple regression analysis, and etc. to process data analysis, and discussed the research results as below:
1. For the construct of participating motivation of the officers in Junior Chamber International Taiwan, their cognitive extent of "self growth" occupies the highest.
2. For the construct of interpersonal interaction of the officers in Junior Chamber International Taiwan, their cognitive extent of "harmoniousness" occupies the highest.
