Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 成人教育研究所 === 104 === Abstract The study investigates the the relationship between perception of leadership style, work pressures and organizational commitment of members from the Kaohsiung-Pingtung Division, Kiwanis Taiwan District. This study used relevant literature as basis for discussion, creation of theoretical framework and design of research tools. Using stratified sampling, analysis was conducted on members. 310 questionnaires sent out with 299 valid responses received. The valid recovery rate is 98% Valid sample information was analyzed using statistical methods including Descriptive Statistics, Independent-Samples t Test, Analysis of Variance (ANOVA), Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Coefficient and Stepwise Multiple Regression. Results after information analysis and processing are as follows: I. Members’ perception of leadership style places greater emphasis on “vision.” II. Member’s perception of work pressures places greater emphasis on “personal reasons.” III. Members’ perception of organizational commitment has greater emphasis on “commitment to the organization.” IV. Younger junior members’ perception towards leadership style is greater. V. Older and unmarried senior members’ perception towards work pressures is greater. VI. As members’ perception of leadership style increases, the perception towards work pressures is lower. VII. As members’ perception of leadership style increases, the perception of organizational commitment increases as well. VIII. As members’ perception of work pressures increase, the perception of organizational commitment decreases. IX. Members’ perception of leadership style and work pressures can effectively predict organizational commitment, with stratification analysis of “vision” being the most effective indicator.
