Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 工業科技教育學系 === 104 === In response to global climate change, energy conservation and carbon dioxide reduction have become the point of sustainable development in each country and is also the main point of our governance, government agencies and schools have been actively implementing energy conservation and carbon reduction measures. Bureau of Energy, Ministry of Economic Affairs have promoted the energy-saving and carbon reduction plan in succession since 2008, and set "Government Agencies And Schools In Four Saving Aspects (power, fuel, water, save paper) Project" in 2011.However, Ministry of Education make the sustainable campus and the school building as the annual point of development. There were investigations on the electricity consumption of campus before. However, due to lack of integration and classification, most statistical data are confusing or, even worse, unreasonable.
This research adopted the method of practical investigation. The research intends to engage in energy consumption and its CO2 emissions of all ranks of schools, including universities, senior high schools, junior high schools, elementary schools, and so on. It is expected that this research can provide the most complete statistical database on the energy consumption of the school buildings and the influence between the school education and its energy consumption. It is also intended to provide the best strategies for efficient energy conservation and beneficial assessment in final.
The results show the school’s total electricity consumption and total carbon emissions can be related to indicators. And university buildings are the heaviest category of all schools in energy consumption.
