However, under the phenomena of declining birthrate and frequent educational reforms , cram schools face many challenges that never happened before. Many cram schools collapsed because of the poor management. The purpose of this study is to understand the entrepreneurial business model,business situation, the difficulties of cram schools, and customer satisfaction. The purpose of the study is to realize the key success factors of junior high cram school management. The five aspects are instructors, environment assessment, student care,tuition, cram school staff. Improving customer satisfaction and market competitiveness,the public praise for the superior teaching should be propagated by the patriarch, which will increase the profit with subsequent sustainable management. The present studies can serve as the reference to the staff, related personals or researchers for the sustainable management of the education offered by the cram schools.
