When using a high-frequency electric knife itself is not directly on the tissue cutting, or concurrently hemostatic function, yet with electric pen knife, monopolar electrocautery wire, wire burning bipolar, bipolar conductive plate loop cable and loop patches to the power and energy to convey to the surgical site to function. The study found that most of the literature and research related to electric knife burns, electric pencil sticking, electric hot knife injury to research. For less wire damage as research, through this study it can be expected to replace the high-frequency electric knife wire to establish a preventive deprecated standard electric knife can easily detect the entire safety loop, and preoperative detection and then to use various types of wire damage preoperative electric knife a self-testing purposes, to avoid damage to the wire required replacement surgery, surgery to ensure the smooth operation occurred.
