Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 電機工程研究所碩士在職專班 === 104 === The TFT-LCD (Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display) industry has been developed in Taiwan for twenty years, Due to cost considerations,the manufacturing system for producing TFT-LCD have become highly integrated. As aresult, the manufacturing process in the factory has become a fairly complicated system not only because of the big number and kinds of equipment. But also the complex relations and interactions among them involved. For system designers, how to clearly and precisely specify the system without ambiguity becomes a challenging issue. This thesis takes the color filter ITO process as an example and uses OFT-PN (objected & flowed token Petri net) to model the whole operation scenario of the ITO process including lifecyles of the ITO plate, cassete, robot. processing equipment and all the interations amony them during the whole a lifecyle.Onece the process been property modeled by the OFT-PN, it will be much easier to investigated the correctness of the system design. And to modify the operation scenario if some of the system requirements changed.
