Besides,because of the factors of varying degrees of learners and lack of practice equipment , resulting in low quality while teachers are teaching. This study take advantage of Hamastar eBook editing software to create mobile self-study materials, and there are 26 people for test, which are divided into an experimental group and a control group of 20 people to 6 people. In this study the experimental group self-learning materials produced by action training, the other group in the traditional way of teaching training. In terms of the cost of a training ,calculated from the original NT$339,668 to train a person needed to be reduced to NT$101,900, a difference of NT$237,768, the cost decreased by 3/2 and training posts by the six people can be upgraded to 20 persons. It can be seen through this study self-made mobile software to achieve the following four points: the first point: learners with no basic can be helped to reduce barriers to entry into the learning situation more quickly. The second point: to reduce costs of building the sites and improve the number of trainees . The third point: to improve the confidence of learners and the rate of pass .
