Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄第一科技大學 === 風險管理與保險研究所 === 104 === Faced with increasing competition, property and casualty insurance companies must provide better products and services, while establishing healthy and interactive relationships with automobile salesmen in order to raise their level of satisfaction. This paper uses a survey to look at four facets of automobile salesmen’s satisfaction levels on property and casualty insurance companies: their products, services, corporate images, and education and training programs. Using two-sample T test and one-way analysis of variance to analyze the 215 valid questionnaires received, this research shows that variables which influence automobile salesmen’s satisfaction on property and casualty insurance companies include gender, age, marital status, education background, seniority, job ranking, as well as automobile types.
