ndltd-TW-104NKIT52180262017-09-17T04:24:42Z http://ndltd.ncl.edu.tw/handle/59931812932223861229 影響消費者購買人壽保險之因子分析 影響消費者購買人壽保險之因子分析 Ruei-Jhen Chang 張睿禎 碩士 國立高雄第一科技大學 風險管理與保險研究所 104 All researched document was done by my direct or indirect,those who beionged to S insurance Group.I worked.Total is two hundred pieces.It refers to seven main insurance sales-Medical insurance,Life insurance,Health Caring insurance,Surgery insurance,Accident insurance,Saving insurance,Crisis Disease insurance.It distinguishes age,female/male,occupation,marriage status—with children or without children.Using descriptive statistics,frequency distribution,factorial ANOVA,cross graph to find out the result that the consumer buy which product.The result of factorial ANOVA of seven main product shows- Medical insurance, Health Caring insurance, Surgery insurance, Saving insurance, Crisis Disease insurance no difference as well as non-relation;Life insurance will have cost difference based on ages aswell as sex.Due to cross graph for the male age between 20 and 35 comparing to the male age between 36 and 50,the insurance priceis higeer then that of female.However,the price of the female age between 51 and 75 is higer then that of male .The laet one is Accident insurance .There is specified for occupation and age.The average of sales amount for office people is 1.2084 million.This is the top one of any other occupation.The second one is outworkers.The average of sales amount is 968.8 thousand.The average of sales amount for retired people is646.3 thousand which is the lowest.From the cross graph,the office people on matter of male or female is the highest group to buy Accident insurance then others.Besides,the insurance cost of female retired people is higher then that of female outworkers.On the contrary,the insurance cost of male outworkers is higher then that of retired people.
