Chinese is each region are not the same system and token of Chinese characters, meaning and usage, but often in the research field of education in Japan will be regarded for more of the same from China, Taiwan and other countries, and often the simplified characters are also more. The majority of Chinese speakers often use Chinese when they write, but there is a problem with the use of Chinese, so many people are going to study this field. This research will Taiwanese Japanese learners writing, the use of native language knowledge of how to overcome the limitations of the composition and make a topic to observe the Taiwan college students write the composition (LARP at SCU), and do the analysis of the intermediary language. Analysis of the learning level of the object and the mother tongue is limited to the primary and the Taiwan mandarin. Analysis of the object of a total of 13 people, a total of 139 articles. After analysis the analysis results according to the number can be divided into four categories: Chinese characters used in Japanese Chinese character vocabulary, writing migration, spelling, pronunciation. And Chinese characters used in Japanese Chinese character vocabulary can re classification: the success of direct write Chinese characters, learning strategies, writing of the migration can also cause classification: traditional characters, simplified characters, and Chinese characters.
