To begin with, the researcher targets to understand contemporary situation of implementation on the National Commerce-related Skills Competition as a valuable information for teaching strategies. Then, the effectiveness of ADDIE instruction design model was evaluated for a treasurable reference to teaching strategies. Furthermore, recognized outstanding-teaching instructors’ strategic teachings for students on winning golden-hand award in National Commerce-related Skill Competition are worth developing. Finally, according to the findings, the suggestions are essential to instructors of the National Commerce-related Skill Competition, teachers of competition-related courses, school administrative units, drafters, and further research. Six instructors who cultivated two golden-hand award students during the school years of 99 to 103 were examined by content analysis and in-depth interview. The findings of qualitative research are as follows. First and foremost, for the analysis of teaching strategies, teaching objectives emphasize the importance of winning award as well as of students’ affective development. In addition, the instructor incisively analyzed all versions of textbooks for precisely creating a distinguished training plan. Moreover, to select a formal competitor from student attendees is by a comprehensive requirements analysis on being a formal competitor, a staged selection approach, a consideration of attendees’ intentions to join the competition, and suggestions from other teachers. For the structure of teaching strategies, instructors should teach from the books at the beginning, then manage practice time well, and eventually pay attention to the formal competitor’ s physical and spiritual health. The development of teaching strategies relies on the integration of usable resources, including funding, administrative, and personnel resources. For the effectiveness of implementation of teaching strategies, a formal competitor’ s proficiency can be honed by regular performances, heritage institutions, and inter-school exchange contests, and the mind of sharing the awards with the attendees. For the evaluation of training, a formal player’ s thoroughly understandings on competitions relies on comprehension on all versions of textbooks and on sample questions from previous years, which is a resource for instructors to grasp the key points of a competition. Most importantly, an instructor should proactively enhance own professional knowledge and be willing to share; meanwhile, a formal rewarded competitor has characteristics of self-identity, self-demanding, self-expectations, hard work, and a compression resistance. Most importantly, it is important to attend related activities and contests before the competition. CHEN, SHU-CHUAN 陳淑娟 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 143 zh-TW
