Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄餐旅大學 === 餐旅教育研究所 === 104 === This study examined the effects of parental psychological control with attachment relationship and peer relationship. To do so, we examined food and beverage management department in vocational high school students in Taiwan (not including the eastern and outlying areas), and used ” Parental Psychological Control, Attachment Relationship and Peer Relationship Scale’’ which is made by author. 800 copies of the questionnaire are delivered, effective samples are 673 copies. The data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation and multiple regression analysis.
The results of this study are concluded as follows.
1.The degree of parental psychological control is below average;the degree of attachment relationship and peer relationship are above average.
2.Male subjects are more likely to perceived maternal psychological control than female subjects;Freshmen are more likely to perceived paternal psychological control than sophomores.
3.Students those have relatively high quality attachment relationships with father are more likely to happen under these circumstances: sophomores, high school graduate fathers, or two-parent families.
4.Sophomores have relatively high quality attachment relationships with mother.
5.Parental psychological control, attachment relationship and peer relationship are relevant.
6.The degree of parental psychological control and attachment relationship can effectively predict the level of peer relationship.
Based on the results, we suggested as below.
1.Arrange parenting seminars periodically, in order to provide appropriate parenting perspectives. Enhance peer relationship through gathering grouping activities.
2.Improve rearing capabilities through often participating parenthood seminars. Establish well-connection with teenagers, in order to have a better bound.
3.Be aware of parental psychological control; Communication might be the way to resolution.To participate in group activities, in order to overcome social anxiety and improve peer relationship.
