The properties of attapulgite/chitosan blended membranes are characterized by using Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy (FT-IR), Thermogravimetric Analyzer (TGA), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersive Spectrometer (EDS), Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM), Contact Angle Meter and Universal Testing Machine. The pervaporation performances of 90 wt.% aqueous isopropanol solution at 25 ℃ through attapulgite/chitosan blended membranes shows the flux increases and water content in permeate kept above 99 wt.% as increasing PAT content in attapulgite/chitosan solution. The 1 wt.% PAT added attapulgite/chitosan blended membranes have shown the optimal pervaporation performances for 90 wt.% aqueous isopropanol solution at 25 ℃. The properties of attapulgite/chitosan blended membranes show that the water contact angle slight increases and thermal property enhances as increasing PAT content in attapulgite/chitosan solution. Moreover, PAT/chitosan/ polyacrylonitrile (PAN) composite hollow fiber membranes are also fabricated via dip-coating PAT/chitosan solution onto the outer surface of PAN hollow fiber membranes to study the pervaporation performances of aqueous isopropanol solution. The pervaporation performances of 90 wt.% aqueous isopropanol solution at 25 ℃ have shown that the flux decreases while water content in permeate increases as increasing PAT content. Furthermore, the mechanical property decreases as PAT content are higher than 2.5 wt.%. TSAI,HUI-AN LI,CHI-LAN 蔡惠安 李季燃 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 99 zh-TW
