The participants of the experiment were third graders from the Dong-Dong Elementary School in Hsinchu, and were chosen by using the purposive sampling. There were 28 students in the experimental group and 28 students in the control group . In the experimental group, 40-minute instructed activity were performed twice per week. No instructed activity was performed in the control group. Regular Exercise Behavior were evaluated before and after the experiment in both groups. The satisfaction and learning motivation regarding the instructed activities were also examined in the experimental group. Additionally, the number of people differences between males and females in terms of regular exercise was also compared. The collected data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics, T-test, and Chi-square test. This study concluded: 1. The interactive APP teaching intervention can increase the number of people to exercise regularly. 2. Students’ learning motivation and satisfaction in the experimental group improve significantly. 3. Males in comparison to females increase more in terms of the number of people who exercise regularly. Key words: Interactive App, Regular exercise, Exercise Behaviors..
