碩士 === 國防大學 === 運籌管理學系 === 104 === In recent years, the nature of the outsourcing relationship between companies is gradually changing. It’s changed from contract trading relationship to long term partnership of cooperation. Because there is trust between the business partnerships, "trust" has become the main topic in the outsourcing relationship. In order to investigate the factors and changes of the degree of trust between outsourcing organization and contractors. This study take the base of “initial trust” and “trust of stage”. Through the agency and resource dependence perspectives to select the relevant factors as the research variables. To construct the research model and relative hypothesis of this study. We found the results that the goodwill and contract information are the main influence for the initial trust. The influence of goodwill is bigger than the other one. Real output for the subsequent trust is the only significant impact. Finally, the research will be described and explained, and put forward research advices.
