A successful defense reform organization shall make good use of a variety of forces, including job satisfaction and retention of military personnel. They wishes to influence critical success factor. After the restructuring defense organizations, the military personnel are significantly streamlined process reengineering, to military personnel could cause a great impact, and the impact of military personnel should be the greatest job satisfaction and organizational commitment decline led to a decline in willingness to stay. In this study, we want to investigate military personnel organizational commitment, job satisfaction and leave the camp if there is willingness to enhance significantly correlated. We used descriptive statistics, independent samples t-test, and one-way ANOVA, statistic methods for analysis and test the hypotheses. The conclusions are as below: 1. There exists significant difference in Seniority, class, monthly income of military personnel to organization commitment perception. 2. There exists significant difference in Marital status, seniority, class, monthly income of military personnel to job satisfaction. 3. There exists significant difference in Marital status, class, income of military personnel to leave the camp willingness. 4. The Military personnel whose organizational commitment, job satisfaction and willingness to leave the camp each scale have a positive correlation. 5. Tainan Air Force Base's military personnel should be more work to increase diversity of content, allowing military personnel feel challenging. 6. Military personnel should maintain good relations with colleagues through informal organization. Key word: organization commitment, job satisfaction, intention to stay
