Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 特殊教育學系 === 104 === The author is an occupational therapist that provide home services for families with young children with special needs, hoping to explore the process of "family-centered" home service. Through the action and reflection, discussing the changes of the parents and growth of the author. Participants are a mother and a child with Hereditary Epidermolysis Bullosa. Comprehensive Developmental Inventory for Infants and Toddlers, interview form, home services form and the reflections from the conversation with friend were collected to analyze. The author “saw” the characteristics and the strength of the family. The mother with young children with special needs improved on the parenting skills and had been empowered, too. The author improved a lot on self-growth and professional growth, also found supports to keep doing the early intervention! This study has the following suggestions, first the service provider of early intervention should have "family-centered" home service lecture for practice, second establish a good supervision system for service provider of early intervention, third companies and governments should understand and support "family-centered" service, finally the future research can explore the issue about the trans-disciplinary model in "family-centered" home service.
