In this work, we will introduce a method to verify whether one-loop quantum contribution to the strong CP violating phase vanishes in spontaneous CP violating (SCPV) models, which is one of the possible solutions for strong CP problem. Firstly, we will briefly survey the strong CP problem and SCPV models. Secondly, we provide a necessary condition of vanishing one-loop; furthermore, we can consider the problem in a simplified manner: solving a homogeneous system of linear equations.
