In the first and second parts, we changed softbake parameters and exposure doses during photolithography to adjust the sidewall angle of the micro-truncated cone arrays. And the height of micro-truncated cone arrays was adjusted by changing the parameter of spin coating in the third part of this study. Then the influences of sidewall angle, fill factor and height of micro-truncated cone arrays on efficiency improvement and optical properties of a blue light organic light-emitting diode (OLED) were investigated.
