There are several advantages of using motorcycle such as light, simple, cheaper, less impact on traffic jam and so on. As a result, motorcycle had become the major transportation mode. After 2009, that pursued jet engine all around. Therefore, the high-price motorcycle sales dropped greatly. The Financial Tsunami also affected the economy of Taiwan seriously, the stores competed intensely. Therefore, the traditional motorcycle stores had to transform their business model.
The research mainly investigated the traditional motorcycle stores that transform modern business model. In diversification, that selected the mainstream motorcycle brand in the area of north Pingtung.
This study tests three extensive service: motorcycle washing services, rental service and second-hand motorcycle sale service. The results show that motorcycle washing and second-hand motorcycle sale service are feasible directions. And through ANOVA results for students group between 18~30 ages and service industry group who were more attracted by the motorcycle washing service. For second-hand motorcycle sale service, the major customers are those who are between 18~40 ages, and the income is less than 20,000.
