Summary:碩士 === 國立東華大學 === 諮商與臨床心理學系 === 104 === This study is aimed at exploring the Professional trend and human resources of clinical psychologists in Taiwan by Ministry of Health and Welfare Database . The present study collect the Ministry of Health and Welfare Database in recent decade years(2004-2013), then we to observe the growth of psychiatric case in decade. In the same time, study will select AGE, ACORD_ICD9, HOSP_ID and AREA_NO_H from data to understand the main use of psychiatric services and compare various regions of ethnic differences. The research findings Taiwan psychiatric emergency and out-patient clinic attendances accounts for 1.5% of the total medical attendances, female mor than male, middle-aged adults more than elder and children, This results is consistent with foreign researchers. In recent years, the proportion of psychiatric medical has increased but the proportion of clinical psychologists in medical institutions and services has decreased. In addition, the population can predict psychiatric attendances. so we suggest the clinical psychologist staffing refer to population. It recommends that the Government may be additional public clinical psychologist job openings at community Department of Health in order to provide first-line clinical psychological services.
