Researcher investigated the factors that have major influence on the wedding tourism industry. The wedding’s vendors and tour operators are specifically presented as the significant sample. The questionnaires are used as a tool for measure the statement which related to the success and possible challenge of wedding tourism development in Bali and also basic demographic information. The questionnaires are administered to 231 respondents who are wedding’s vendors and tour operators located in Bali. Data analysis processed using SPSS program with Factor Analysis method. The result of this study made success and challenge attributes become fewer and bring out a new factor that is associated with each other. The final results of the study also indicated which factors are important and which factors are less important.
