Summary: | 碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 輔導與諮商學系研究所 === 104 === The last few years have seen growing importance placed on research in problematic smartphone use. A recent surge of research on smartphone addiction scale development has given us new opportunities to explore the hidden impacts of smartphone onto young generation. The aim of this study is attempting to explore the prediction effects of various life stresses, leisure satisfaction, and their influence effect on the vocational high school students’ smartphone addiction proneness (SAP). 555 student samples were recruited from vocational high schools located on the small towns and rural area in Tainan City to conduct this cross-sectional study. The instrument of this study is a self-developed structured questionnaire. The data collected is analyzed by SPSS and SmartPLS. Analysis of variance (t-test and ANOVA) revealed that there were group differences. The related analysis showed that significant differences of stress and SAP were between genders, grades, PT work conditions. Furthermore, the results revealed by this research model indicate that academic stress, family stress, financial burden and leisure satisfaction from smartphone use are found to be the main factors for predicting smartphone addiction proneness.
