However user just know to set up the “ folder” but didn’t know how to organize the folder. Once the data become huge, it is hard for user to distinguish all of data from the folder. Due to most of user don’ t know how to organize the folder with the classification system. Even they didn’t know how to connect the folder between upper layer and lower layer. This study was applied the parameter method transfer to new products development. When the new products were developed, all of the drawings related to new product should be organized with classification system. For this study was excluded the emotional management of engineer. The study was focus on the engineer not just only provided or created the drawing, but also need to consider put all of drawing in the folder with Logic Systems. Once the new products coming out, there is over thousand piece of drawing. All of the folders should be set up in logic system, so that the people from other department (for example. sales department, purchasing department, QC department, assembly department) can use the same page to get the drawing. The drawing origination is very important issue in R&D department. If these drawings were not classified and put into the suitable folder in the first stage(R&D), the following process will become mess. The people from other department could take the wrong file from incorrect folder. This mistake rate will become super high. Let’s take example, the purchasing department people could take the wrong drawing from the incorrect folder and then passed to supplier for the spare parts fabrication. This is why in the first stage for R&D department need to set up the folder with logical way. All of people will be in the same page to apply the drawings. The study is also included the ‘’ parameterized 3D’’ Virtual Man-agement. There is an example for the package machine design as example. There are 12 modules, it is about 400 drawing.
