Globally, IOT has increase in numbers, the production of devices related to IOT also rising day by day. The integration platform of IOT fierce competition is also increasing. This study main focus is using Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) model to explore the key factors affecting the development platform of IOT through the analysis of the key factors to construct a tourism industry business performance sustainable criteria for future research possibility in production, management, and education scope. Firstly, according to the summary of literature review, it is divided into two main items: Customer Satisfaction Demanding Factor and Strategy Selection Key Factor (including six evaluation criteria, 30 assessment time criteria); secondly, Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) selected 16 key criteria; next Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) performed weight analysis and sorting, elected from each of the most important criteria. Finally, the study used VIKOR to sort solution in order to obtain the degree of attention among the guidelines and the impact of the target company. The study results are expected to provide the scope of production, management, government, academic and other relevant units to lift or evaluate business performance in the future, by the reference to the key factors for its priority to strengthen and improve. In the practical application, in addition to provide relevant units as the basis for performance evaluation, it can also make things in the industry for it to measure the results of each criterion, by how to improve customer satisfaction and how to choose the best strategy to achieve the goal. Also, we expect to provide the basis for discussion, application as well as development and impact for the future research related to Internet of Things.
