Furthermore, the study examined and discussed by sampling senior high school and vocational high school in Changhua. There are three purposes in the study. First, it aims to understand the core value of existence in campus since the democracy had been transformed. Second, it attempts to find out the military training instructors’ role functions of campus service and citizen national defense. Third, it offers the the suggestions for the military training instructors’ existence on developing direction. In order to be accordant with reaserch purposes, there are three research questions as follow. Firstly, what is the core value of military training instructors’ existence in campus? Secondly, what are the military traning instructors’ role functions and concrete operations? Thirdly, what is the performance of military training instructors’ self-practicing? Thus, the study attempts to investigate how military training instructors transform themselves in order to be developing when they are facing campus democratizing and social atmosphere. The study adopted documentary analysis, in-depth interview, and content analysis, expecting to obtain better answers for current military education and problems by literature analysis with historic records. Basically, documentary analysis and in-depth interview method belong to long-term reaserch method, investigating the trends of the developing process of military system. Therefore, the study attempted to find out the fact of military education execution and existence via the reasons of military system contribution. Furthermore, it strove to understand whether the necessity of system and functions reflecting to its functional system and necessity. The results showed that military training instructors’ professions in military field, such as execution, leadership, national belief, behavioral paradigm, cooperation, and working enthusiasm are irreplaceable. As the result, military training instructors should enrich themselves continuously, strengthen personal abilities, and constantly improve for the purpose of processing the campus and students’ emergencies. Finally, the study offered the suggestions that the current military training system has to be changed and conduct the paragon shifting by formulating a new system in accordance with the present educational requirement. 黃新發 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 168 zh-TW
