Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 運動學系運動與健康休閒碩士班 === 104 === This study was to investigate the relationship among job stress, leisure participation, and well-being of junior high school teachers in Taichung City. There were 700 questionnaires were given, and there were 651 valid questionnaires; its validity rate was ninty-three percent. The data analysis used descriptive statistics, MANOVA, independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation analysis, Scheffe’s method and Multiple linear regression analysis. The results were drawn as follows:1.The job stress of the teachers in Taichung City was in low level. There were significant differences among different gender, seniority, the position, school size, and teaching subject on job stress.2.The leisure participation of the teachers in Taichung City was in low level. There were significant differences among different gender, age, marriage, seniority, the position, school size, and teaching subject on leisure participation.3.The well-being of the teachers in Taichung City was in high level. There was no significant difference found between well-being of junior high school teachers and the variables.4.There was a negatively correlation between job stress and leisure participation. There was a negatively correlation between job stress and well-being. There was a positive correlation between leisure participation and well-being.5.Teachers perceived well-being was significant predicted by job stress and leisure participation.Finally, based on the results, the study provides related suggestions for the educational and school organizations, school teachers, and future researchers.
