The purpose of this study in many more of the added value in the everchanging, wide viewing angle for new technology processes, faults and problems that can occur during the cutting process, the reliability analysis method uses FMEA (failure mode and effects analysis), fault tree , cascading failure modes and causes of tables and causal worksheet, all the failure modes that may occur to identify and rank them score lists for the most serious harm fault, lists quality improvement measures recommended, after a feasibility assessment, machine transformation can be carried out and to install monitoring devices, so that the machine failure rate of 3% to 0.2%, the product scrap rate dropped to 0%, increase production utilization rate of automated production equipment to improve plant production of liquid crystal displays competitiveness. 鐘官榮 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 52 zh-TW
