Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 輔導與諮商學系所 === 104 === The purpose of the study was to explore the relations among career exploration, personality traits, and academic satisfaction in college students. In addition, the study also examined the influences of career exploration and personality traits on academic satisfaction. The study adopted survey research design. Participants were 424 college students. They completed the Career Exploration Subscale, Personality Traits Subscale, and Academic Satisfaction Subscale. Data collected was analyzed by descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression.
Major results were as follows:
(a) There were significant differences in college students’ personality traits under different gender, and academic satisfaction under different grades.
(b) There were significant relations between personality traits and academic satisfaction in college students.
(c) When personality traits were under controlled, there were significant relations between career exploration and academic satisfaction only in fourth grade college students.
