In this thesis, the solar systems built before 2013 and still on operation ones, are analyzed. Based on the actual whole purchase energy of photovoltaic (PV) system in Changhua county between 2014 and 2015, each township daily generation power is illustrated to get the best average month in Changhua County. This thesis also analyzes the most suitable townships for the installation of photovoltaics with consideration of weather conditions and climate factors. The wholesale rates of 2016 are used to estimate payback period for photovoltaic system cost in Changhua County.
