The experimental group participated in six weeks of HIIT, whereas the control group did not. All Participants were tested before and after training; the contents of the tests include sideway agility test , four-corner agility test , 20m shuttle-run stamina test and 5m shuttle-run test. Moreover, descriptive statistics, individual sample t test and two-way ANOVA were used to analyse the test results.Individual sample t-test was conducted to analyse the improvement of the participants within a group, and the two-way ANOVA was used to analyse the difference in improvement of the pre-test and post-test results between the two groups. After six weeks of training, the individual sample t-test suggested the experimental group showed significant improvement (p<.05) in the 20m shuttle-run test, however, the 5m shuttle-run test, sideway agility test and four corner agility test did not show a significant improvement within the group (p>.05). Moreover, the control group did not show a significant improvement within the group for all four tests (p>.05). The two-way ANOVA showed a significant difference in improvement for the 20m shuttle run test between the two groups(p<.05). However, the 5m shuttle run test, sideway agility test and four corner agility test did not show significant differences in improvement between the groups (p>.05). The study concluded, after six weeks of HIIT, there was no evidence to suggest an improvement in agility, yet, there are some evidence showing an improvement in aerobic endurance in college badminton players. From our observation, HIIT training is similar to the intermittent operation of badminton players in a competitive match, therefore, we conclude HIIT may be effective on the aerobic endurance for badminton players. 張家昌 2015 學位論文 ; thesis 54 zh-TW
