Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 資訊管理學系所 === 104 === Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) has started the service of electronic billing since 2006, in order to keep up with the worldwide environment movement and the electronic trend. The electronic billing system built up the exclusive website to provide the regular customer or the enterprise with the electronic billing, which is designed to realize a more convenient and efficient information channel, to increase the penetration of electronic billing, to improve the corporate image, also to protect the environment by reducing the carbon emissions.
This study is based on the research of CHT by using Delphi technique expert questionnaire to explore the critical success factors of CHT,s electronic billing system implementation, which includes the “organization factors”, “system function and safety factors”, “media marketing factors” and “customer factors”. By identifying the crucial factor of these four dimensions, this study could be the reference for a better management in state-owned or private enterprises, also improve the business performance and provide better service and quality of life.
