Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 資訊管理學系所 === 104 === To coordinate energy saving, carbon reduction, and paperless policy promoted by the government, Online Approval System is conducted by transferring electronic documents through the internet. Compared with the traditional method, Online Approval System conserves energy, reduces carbon, accelerates information transmission, and elevates administrative efficiency.
The system unites all the departments of the government into an information network, which shares experiences, communicates opinions, conveys message immediately, and responses to people more promptly. No matter how perfect the system is and huge the input resources is, the system may not be complete unless users were glad to use and satisfied with the manipulative procedures.
For studying whether the effect of Online Approval System is affected by user’s personal informational technique, the questionnaires were administered to the staff in the district office. Based on DeLone & McLean’s IS Success Model with the technology readiness as moderator, the results indicated that there are significant positive relationship between system quality, information quality, and service quality and users’ satisfaction. There is no significant moderating effect on system quality; some moderating effect on information quality, and mild moderating effect on service quality by personal informational technique.
