碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 會計學系 企業高階管理(EMBA) === 104 === We investigate industry characteristics, status and development of Pneumatic Gun Nail companies in Taiwan, based on results of interview and expertise questionnaires, and employing SWOT and Porter five forces analysis to explore its competitive strategy and advantage. Our findings suggest that competitive strategies of case A company employ the opportunities of China being taxed dumping duties by America and economic revived in America, combine excellent production efficiency, diversification of products and service advantages of integration, with production economies of scale having low-cost of advantages, expand operating benefits. Through overall cost leadership, differentiation and focus strategy, the case A company is still able to be steady even in the threats of competitors and new entrants. Case A company also due to its economies of scale and the advantage of service differentiation, is able to be favorable when it is confronted with bargaining of suppliers or bargaining of buyers.
