Expect for the factories such as examination system, economic situation, and public opinion, this study examines the factors affecting the decisions of selecting cram school for Civil Service Examination base on the customers’ requirement. This study investigates the students who have registered in cram school for Civil Service Examination and students will participate in the cram school in the future by questionnaire. The results indicate that the determinants of selecting cram school are different when customers with different characteristics. Furthermore, the factors affecting the selection of cram school are also different significantly when individual and value-added service is offered by cram school. The suggestions from this study can be used to redesign and reform current product or service for cram school of Civil Service Examination. Furthermore, the cram school of Civil Service Examination provides with the customized product or service for different group of customer and increase the profit significantly.
