Service industry is very important for the domestic economic. It offers lots of the employment and takes considerable weight of the GDP in Taiwan. The well development of service industry can enhance the economy of Taiwan. After the international development and the appearance of E-commerce. There should be some new business mode for the service industry. After the intergation with the E-commerce, service industry could use the online channels or even the click-and-mortar channels to make transactions. This research investigates the difference of the corporate performance between the traditional channels, Online channels and click-and-mortar channels in the service industry. We get the data of Taiwanese listed companies from the TEJ system. The objects contain sales industry, delivery industry, tourism and so on. We use the SPSS to make our result. The result shows the companies with click-and-mortar have the better ability of making profit than others. But the companies with traditional channels have the better ability of operating. If the companies want to have the well development in the future, they adopt the click-and-mortar channel is a way to have the better corporate performance.
