Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 教育研究所 === 104 === The purpose of this study is mainly to discuss the Teacher’s Perception towards the Leadership of Principal’s Transformation of Pei Yuan Independent Chinese High School in Malaysia. Firstly, the study discussed the relevant theories was offered as a frame for reference. Secondly, it was used to explore the relationship between principal’s transformation leadership. It includes five dimensions of principal transformation as “vision ", " charisma ", " inspiring talent ", " the inspiration of knowledge “and " individual care ". These were used to explore the relationship between principal’s transformation leadership. The survey was carried out and a total of 73 Pei Yuan Independent Chinese High School teachers has taken part. The survey was analyzed using SPSS for Windows 20.0, statistics methods included descriptive statistics, Pearson’s product-moment correlation. The findings of the study were summarized as follows: 1. Most of the respondents showed a high degree of awareness towards the five dimensions of principal transformation leadership. 2. There were no significant differences between teachers of different age groups in the perception of the principals’ transformation leadership. 3. There were no significant differences between teachers of different sexes, academic level and years of service. Based on the above conclusions, the researcher would like to propose some recommendations to educational agencies of Malaysia and the principals of Chinese Independent Schools for references.
