Summary:碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 教育研究所 === 104 === This research surveyed 291 students in Taiwan and 149 students in America. By using a package of SPSS for Windows 20.0, the data of the survey “College Student Leadership Development Inventory"(CSLDI) was analyzed through the methods of descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. According to the result of material analysis, this study reached the following conclusions: 1.There are significant differences of nationalities on “interrelationship with teacher and staff” (p=.032<.05), “leadership behavior” (p=.004<.05), and “Leadership Attitude” (p=.00<.05). 2.There are significant differences of gender on “interrelationship with teacher and staff” (p=.004<.05) and “democratic behavior” (p=.007<.05). 3.There are significant differences of club participation on”Student Experience and Involvment on campus” (p=.023<.05). 4.There are significant difference of assuming a position in a college club on “learning & participating 2” (p=.035<.05), “Leadership behavior” (p=.00) and “leadership attitude” (p=.001). 5.There are significant differences of living status on “Learning & participating 2” (p=.003<.05), “leading leadership”(p=.000<.05), and “leadership attitude” (p=.000<.05). 6.There are significant differences of part-time job only on “hierarchical thinking” (P=0.029<0.05).
