Secondly, a questionnaire was used to explore the relationship between principal`s distributed leadership and staff`s job satisfaction. 136 teachers from Poi Lam High School in Ipoh Malaysia were selected as research target sample. The result of questionnaire was analyzed by using SPSS statistics methods included descriptive statistics, one-way ANOVA and Pearson`s product-moment correlation. Conclusions of this study are as bellow: 1. Poi Lam High School staff`s perception toward principal`s distributed leadership was higher than average level. 2. Poi Lam High School staff`s perception toward job satisfaction was higher than average level. 3. Staff`s perception of principal`s distributed leadership showed different in gender, age, service duration, qualification and job position. Within all, female staffs perception were higer than male staffs, staff between 31-40 years old were with highest perception, staffs service duration above or over 16 years were with highest perception, staffs with bachelor degree or above were with higest perception and administrative staffs were with highest perception. 4. Staff`s perception of job satisfaction showed different in gender, age, service duration, qualification and job position. Within all, female staffs perception were higer than male staffs, staffs above or over 51 years old with higest perception, staffs service duration above or over 16 years were with highest perception, staffs with bachelor degree or above were with higest perception and non-administratives staffs were with highest perception. 5. There was a significant positive correlation between principal`s distributed leadership and job satisfaction in Poi Lam High School. Based on the above conclusions, the researcher would propose some recommendations on education administrative agencies of Malaysia, principals of others Chinese Independence School and future studies.
