The rapid development of tourism industry which attracts more and more international tourists increases our foreign exchange earnings, and also sturdies our economic and increases our quality of life by innovation thinking to integrate each cities’ promotion strategies and policies. This study is mainly discussion the tourism behavior model in 2014 in Taiwan. It adopts questionnaire method to collect data and do analysis and verification by the data. It will analysis the tourism motivation, tourism trend, consumer behavior, tourism perception, and the recreational satisfaction which provide government and related departments to elaborate the international tourism advertising and promotion strategy, for being the reference of increasing the national tourism service quality and international tourism competitiveness. It continues to increase the good image of the quality of the Taiwan’s tourism and try best to construct the good quality and quantity tourism environment.
