The methods of this research adopted questionnaire survey by using snowball sampling, independent t-test and one-way ANOVA analysis of variance, and Pearson's product-movement correlation. A total of 456 questionnaires were issued, and valid questionnaires were 421 ones. The main findings of this study are as follow: (1) The teachers of elementary schools in Taichung City have good evaluation of flipped teaching and learning. (2) Flipped teaching and learning could improve the effectiveness of teaching. (3) There are significant differences between some background variables for happiness associated with flipped teaching of the teachers of elementary schools, such as job categories, education, and implementation period. (4) There are significant differences between some background variables for teaching efficiency associated with flipped teaching of the teachers of elementary schools, such as age. (5) Happiness and effectiveness associated flipped teaching are positive correlation for the teachers of elementary schools in Taichung City. Finally, the findings of this study will probably provide practical implications for educational administration, elementary schools and future relative research.
