| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立彰化師範大學 === 地理學系環境暨觀光遊憩碩士班 === 104 === Sanyi, Miaoli County, is one of the famous tourist attractions in Taiwan. There has a multi tourist resource, like Wood Carving, Tung Blossom, Old Mountain Line Railway, and Agriculture Tourism. This decade, Sanyi tourism industry has change a lot. Sanyi has a lot of natural and cultural resources, and got assistance from the public sector which we expected can bring many of positive benefits. However, the largest number of visitors of Sanyi, is still during the tung blossom festival period. It says that the tung blossom festival has great influence to the Sanyi tourism industry. Unfortunately, These years, the visitors of Sanyi tung blossom festival is decreasing.
In this study, through interviews with relevant units and local tourism industry came to the conclusion. The local people believe that the tung blossom festival has positive effect to the Sanyi tourism industry. The local leisure industry become famous not only with the tung blossom festival, but also Wood Carving and Old Mountain Line Railway. Although, the visitors of Sanyi tung blossom festival is decreasing, but the number of tourists still more than the capacity. The tung blossom festival is an indispensable festival to Sanyi. If they can proper to use of existing tourism resources, and create the travel spotlight at the right time, then it might be a good way to make Sanyi tourism industry sustainable development.
